Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing contract with NH Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on June 7, 2017, item #11), for the provision of a statewide domestic violence prevention program, by increasing the price by $710,840 from $1,156,830 to an amount not to exceed $1,867,670. Effective October 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019. 70% General, 30% Other Funds.
