Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP, New York, NY, to provide consultation services for certified public expenditure as a source of non-federal share for the State’s delivery system reform waiver under the Medicaid program, in an amount not to exceed $60,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018. 50% Federal, 50% General Funds.
