Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for pavement preservation and rehabilitation of eight Tier 2 roadway segments in the southwestern region of the State, on the basis of a low bid of $6,681,800.80. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $297,422.36 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 28, 2018. 89% Federal, 11% Other Funds.
