Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.S. Audley Inc., Bow, NH, for roadway reconstruction and bridge replacement along 2.1 miles of NH 9 in the Towns of Roxbury and Sullivan, on the basis of a low bid of $13,451,513.85. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $672,575.69 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through July 24, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
