Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease agreement with the City of Claremont, NH, providing courtroom and office space for the 5th Circuit-District Division – Claremont, comprised of approximately 5,110 square feet located in City Hall, Opera House Square, Claremont, for an amount not to exceed $279,300. Effective January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2022. 100% Transfer Funds (transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies).
