Description

Authorize the Bureau of Population Health and Community Services, Maternal & Child Health Section, Injury Prevention Program to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the Department of Justice, Concord, NH, to engage in collection of data related to opioid overdose deaths as instructed in the Enhanced State Surveillance of Opioid-involved Morbidity and Mortality Grant, in the amount of $174,091. Effective retroactive to March 8, 2017 through August 31, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
