Authorize to budget and expend prior year carry forward funds in the amount of $106,282 awarded by the US Department of Health and Human Services, Health Care Financing Administration for Civil Monetary Penalties for the purpose of disbursing funds in accordance with 42 CFR 488.442(f). Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2017. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
