Description
Authorize to enter into an agreement with Harbor Homes Inc., for the provision of transitional housing beds and services for adults who have severe mental illness or severe and persistent illness and who no longer meet the level of care provided by NH Hospital or a Designated Receiving Facility, in an amount not to exceed $2,100,000. (2)Further authorize to provide Harbor Homes Inc., with an advance payment in an amount not to exceed $80,300. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% General Funds.
