Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.M. Piper Inc., Plymouth, NH, for roadway and intersection improvements along the intersection of US 3 and NH 25 in Meredith, on the basis of a single bid of $2,581,586.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $129,079.33 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through November 2, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
