Dunn, acting as agent for Pearly Lake Forest LLC at the fair market value of $765,000. (2)Further authorize to work with the Society for the Protection of NH Forests to amend the conservation easement on the Pearly Lake Forest property to remove language requiring the parties to the conservation easement to enter into binding arbitration. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
