Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with T. Buck Construction Inc., Turner, ME, for a Center for Excellence for Adolescent Behavioral Health at the Sununu Youth Center, NH, for a total price not to exceed $1,349,200. Effective upon G&C approval through July 30, 2018. 50% Federal, 50% Other Funds. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $38,000 for unanticipated architectural expenses, bringing the total to $1,387,200. (3)Further authorize the amount of $30,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $1,417,200. 50% Federal, 50% Other Funds.
