Authorize the Risk Management Unit to enter into an agreement with Anthem Health Plans of NH Inc., d/b/a Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Manchester, NH, for medical benefits coverage for state employees, retirees, spouses and eligible dependents, in the estimated amount of $20,900,000 during the initial term of the agreement. Effective January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2020, with an option to extend for up to two years. Approximately 36% General, 15% Federal, 4% Enterprise, 11% Highway, 2% Turnpike, 32% Other Funds.
