Authorize to finalize the determination made by the Commissioner that on September 10, 2017 Bonita Beaudet, a Mental Health Worker III at the Division of Developmental Services, Laconia Receiving Facility sustained an injury in the line of duty due to hostile or over act, or an act caused by another during the performance of duties which are considered dangerous in nature. Effective upon G&C approval.
