Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment with RCR Technology Corporation Inc., Indianapolis, IN (originally approved by G&C on 7-10-13, item #57), to continue to provide service and maintenance to the Department’s Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths Assessment and Adult Needs and Strengths Assessment data management system, by increasing the price by $121,000 from $320,536.50 to an amount not to exceed $441,536.50 and by extending the completion date from October 30, 2017 to October 31, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
