Authorize to enter into soles source agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated September 25, 2017, to provide permanent housing programs to chronically homeless individuals and families through the Federal Continuum of Care program in an amount not to exceed $552,627. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
