Authorize the State Treasury and the Governor’s Commission on Disability to enter into a No-Cost Partner Agreement with the Ohio State Treasurer’s Office for the establishment and administration of a qualified achieving a Better Life Experience savings account program in NH. Effective upon G&C approval through October 24, 2022, with the provision for two automatic additional renewal periods of one year.
