Authorize to enter into a contract with Gregory Amend, Roxbury, NH, to provide technical assistance and information to schools and communities to consider Universal Design for Learning as a framework for creating and sustaining educational environments that are responsive to the needs of each learner, including those with disabilities, limited English proficiency, or those with accelerated learning needs, in an amount not to exceed $22,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
