Authorize the Bureau of Special Education, Office of Student Wellness to enter into a sole source contract with National Alliance on Mental Illness New Hampshire, Concord, NH, to work in partnership with the NH Department of Education, in all levels of decision-making, including the development, implementation and evaluation of the System of Care, in an amount not to exceed $80,623.70. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018, with the option to renew for 3 additional years. 100% Federal Funds.
