Authorize to amend an existing contract with ITW Food Equipment Group LLC, Troy, OH (originally approved by G&C on 4/7/21, Item #10), for continued maintenance and repair services of food service equipment, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $58,000 from $120,000 to $178,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 70% General Funds, 30% Other Funds (Intra-Agency Funds)
