Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a 0.21 +/- of an acre parcel of State owned land located on the northerly side of NH Route 11 in the Town of Sunapee to Lynne M. Bell, Trustee of the Lynne M. Bell Trust and a 0.40 +/- of an acre parcel of State owned land also located on the northerly side of NH Route 11 in the Town of Sunapee to Robert W. Bell for the total price of $6,100 which includes a $1,100 administrative fee. Originally purchased with 100% Highway Funds.
