Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, to budget and expend $302,055 from the Prior Year Carry Forward Balance of NH nuclear planning and response fund. (2)Further authorize to establish one class 50 temporary part-time position titled Field Representative II (Labor Grade 21) to focus on the corrective action necessitated from the recent Legislative Budget Office performance audit of the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018. 100% Private/Local Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
