Authorize to amend a sole source agreement with the University of NH, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-29-16, item #12), to provide technical assistance and coordination of services necessary to advance the No Wrong Door infrastructure, by increasing the price by $169,763 from $460,889 to an amount not to exceed $630,652, and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2017 to September 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
