Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with the Foundation for Healthy Communities, Concord, NH, to provide assistance and support for the 13 NH small rural hospitals to implement activities provided annually by the Small Rural Hospital Improvement Program Grant, in an amount not to exceed $212,494. Effective upon G&C approval through May 31, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
