Authorize to enter into an agreement with the Human Services Research Institute, Cambridge, MA, to conduct an independent evaluation of the capacity of the current health system for inpatient acute care psychiatric treatment in an amount not to exceed $94,700. Effective upon G&C approval through January 1, 2018. 50% Federal, 50% Other Funds.
