Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a 0.62+/- of an acre parcel of State owned land improved with a single-family residence located at 216 Thompson Road in the Town of Conway to Richard J. Fleming for $140,000 plus a $1,100 administrative fee. (2)Further authorize to compensate Keller Williams Lakes and Mountain Realty from the proceeds of the subject sale in the amount of $7,000 for real estate services. Effective upon G&C approval. The net proceeds are $133,000 ($140,000 - $7,000 = $133,000). Previously purchased with 94.08% Federal, 5.92% Highway Funds.
