Authorize to enter into a competitively-bid contract with Fairbanks LLC, Long Grove, IL, in the amount of $684,825 to provide technical assistance and operational support to the Department in the administration of the Medicaid to Schools program and support the transition of Medicaid claiming methodology for schools from the in-kind reimbursement model to a Certified Public Expenditure reimbursement model. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to three additional years. 100% Federal Funds
