Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to award a grant to the City of Lebanon, AIP-56, to conduct a re-evaluation of the existing airport Environmental Assessment to ensure that it conforms to the National Environmental Policy Act requirements in light of updated resource mapping and regulatory changes for the proposed runway safety area improvements for both runways at the Lebanon Municipal Airport in the amount of $137,750. Effective upon G&C approval through August 20, 2021. 90% Federal, 5% General, 5% Other Funds.
