Authorize to enter into a sole source cooperative project agreement with the University of NH, working through the University of NH Web and Mobile Development, to provide website enhancements and hosting for the NHID’s HealthCost website in connection with the initiative to improve the health insurance premium rate review process and transparency related to health insurance premiums and medical care costs in NH, in the amount of $218,926.
