Authorize to amend an existing contract with Delta Dental Plan of New Hampshire, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/2/22, Item #9A), to continue providing dental services to eligible and enrolled Medicaid members aged 21 and older through New Hampshire’s Medicaid Care Management Program, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $19,531,716 from $50,531,712 to $70,063,428 and extending the completion date from March 31, 2026 to March 31, 2028. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 72% Federal Funds, 28% General Funds
