Description
Authorize the Office of the Consumer Advocate to enter into a contract with Optimal Energy Inc., Hinesburg, VT, to provide expert services to support the OCA’s participation in proceedings related to energy efficiency and grid modernization before the NH Public Utilities Commission in an amount not to exceed $150,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on September 29, 2017.
