Authorize the Division of Educational Improvement to exercise a renewal option to a cooperative project agreement with Keene State College (originally approved by G&C on 1-18-17, item #42), to support the Title IIA State Agency for Higher Education initiative for Improving Teaching Quality by providing high quality, sustained professional development opportunities to teachers and educational leaders, by increasing the price by $263,185 from $182,543.68 to $445,728.68.
