Authorize the Division of State Police to retroactively continue class 046 consultant positions for the purpose of providing assistance to the State Police and federal and local law enforcement in designing, configuring, and deploying a Virtual Private Network solution. (2)Further authorize to retroactively accept and expend $86,393 of pass-through federal funds, entitled NH State Police VPN Installation, from the Office of Highway Safety, to provide assistance to the State Police and federal and local law enforcement in designing, configuring, and deploying a VPN solution. Effective July 1, 2017 through September 30, 2017. 100% Agency Income. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on September 29, 2017.
