Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with ECS Engineered Construction Services, Brentwood, NH, for Steam Conversion at the Main Annex and Twitchell Buildings at State Office Park South, Concord, NH, for a total price not to exceed $2,236,714. (2)Further authorize the amount of $25,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $2,261,714. Effective upon G&C approval through October 15, 2018. 100% General Funds.
