Authorize the Bureau of Environment to submit an annual accounting of permit fees and Aquatic Resource Mitigation Fund (ARM) payments made during fiscal year 2017, to the Department of Environmental Services for construction projects and maintenance activities requiring fill and dredge in wetlands, as well as other areas, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017. Authority to make payments to DES for fiscal year 2018 was approved at the meeting of the G&C on June 7, 2017, item #44.
