Description
Authorize the Bureau of Materials & Research to enter into a sole source contract amendment with Pathway Services Inc., Tulsa, OK, to extend the vehicle warranty, software licensing, software escrow, Omnistar satellite subscription, and to provide Quality Control services related to the road condition data, by increasing the total by $159,300 from $1,660,286 to $1,819,586, and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2017 to September 30, 2019. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
