Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Diasorin Inc., Stillwater, MN, in the amount of $60,000 to provide preventive maintenance, instrument diagnostics, and repair services on the Liaison XS Instrument. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2030, with the option to renew for up to three additional years. 100% Federal Funds
