Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the Office of Strategic Initiatives, to provide monitoring and stewardship services of the State’s interests in privately owned conservation lands held by the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, in the amount of $68,000.
