Authorize the Bureau of Special Education, Office of Student Wellness to enter into a sole source contract with Antioch University New England, Keene, NH, to work in partnership with the NHDOE in developing and implementing a comprehensive evaluation plan for the System of Care in reporting data as required by Performance Measures and the Government Performance and Results Act, in the amount of $413,637. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
