Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with the University of Kansas Center for Research Inc., Lawrence, KS, to administer the Dynamic Learning Maps alternate assessment in English language arts, mathematics, and science, in the amount of $950,300. Effective upon G&C approval through July 31, 2018, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year terms. 100% Federal Funds.
