(2)Further authorize to pay fees for two years to the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators, Arlington, VA, for Commercial Driver License Information System transactions, including Programs & Technology and Network Services, and for National Motor Vehicle Title Information System annual service and support, in an amount not to exceed $296,577.
