Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source service agreement with James R. St. Jean Auctioneers of Epping, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2017. There is no charge to the State of NH for the auctioneer services and the auctioneer’s revenue will be achieved with an 8% Buyers fee. The auctioneer will reimburse the State of NH 3% of the selling price of municipal and other property.
