Authorize to make transfers from the Salary Adjustment Fund to agency permanent personnel service accounts after approval by the Director of the Division of Personnel, during the period of August 23, 2017 to July 20, 2018 (anticipated extended year end closing date) for transfers related to fiscal year 2017 and to report transfers made as soon as practical after each quarter of the year end closing date. (2)Further authorize to make transfers from the Benefit Adjustment Fund to agency benefit accounts, during the period of August 23, 2017 to July 20, 2018 (anticipated extended year end closing date) for transfers related to fiscal year 2017 and to report transfers made as soon as practical after each quarter of the year end closing date.
