Description
Authorize to retroactively amend a PFAS grant agreement to Stratham Memorial School, Exeter, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10/16/24, Item #89, archived document ), by extending the completion date from September 30, 2025 to March 31, 2026 to allow additional time to complete the installation of a treatment system designed to address per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in the public water supply. Effective as of October 1, 2025, upon G&C approval through March 31, 2026. This is a no cost time extension. 100% Federal Funds
