Authorize to accept and place on file the Bureau of Environment’s annual accounting of permit fees and Aquatic Resource Mitigation Fund payments made during fiscal year 2017 which is being submitted to the Department of Environmental Services for construction projects and maintenance activities requiring fill and dredge in wetlands, as well as other areas. Authority to make payments to DES for fiscal year 2018 was approved at the meeting of the Governor and Council on June 7, 2017, item #44.
