Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into a retroactive memorandum of agreement with the Department of Transportation for equipment and antenna space in designated areas at Mount Washington State Park, for total annual rent in the amount of $61,400. Effective July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2022, with the option to renew for three additional 5-year periods.
