Authorize to enter into a new lease with Liberty Simon Street LLC, c/o Liberty Properties Corp., Newton, MA, for office space in Nashua in the amount of $8,431,285.20. Effective August 3, 2017 through March 31, 2028. Occupancy of the premises and commencement of rental payments shall be April 1, 2018 upon satisfactory completion of renovations.
