Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.M. Piper Inc., Plymouth, NH, for reconstruction of the railroad crossing on Foster Street and realign Foster Street to allow for a perpendicular at-grade railroad crossing in Plymouth, on the basis of a low bid of $274,978. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $27,497.80 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 29, 2017. 90% Federal, 10% Other Funds.
