Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for pavement preservation on I-89 in Bow, Concord and Hopkinton, on the basis of a low bid of $4,059,045.68. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $202,952.28 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through July 13, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
