Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Nicom Coatings Corp, Barre, VT, for crack sealing on Interstate 89 in Enfield and Lebanon and on Interstate 93 in Bethlehem, Franconia, Littleton, and Sugar Hill, on the basis of a low bid of $271,135. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $27,113.50 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 22, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
