Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving Inc., Londonderry, NH, for widening and reconstruction of NH 101 in Bedford to improve the conveyance of traffic and address safety and capacity deficiencies of the corridor, on the basis of a low bid of $15,834,005.75. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $791,700.29 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 27, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
